Door County WI Engagement Session
I am beyond excited to share this engagement session! Just like every session I have a hard time deciding which photos to share.
I met Lindsey and Blair few months ago in Port Washington over coffee. We decided that since their wedding is in the Milwaukee area we would photograph their engagement session in Door County. We happened to schedule it during Apple Blossom week, not only did we have beautiful weather and a beautiful sunset...we also had beautiful flowers!!!
Lindsey and Blair are so cute together, you can see the love in every one of these photos!!! When guys show up to an engagement session or wedding relaxed and ready to cuddle + make out with their lady, I will take a MILLION photos.... #guaranteed.
Blair proposed to Lindsey last Thanksgiving. They went to Lindsey's grandparents farmhouse to celebrate the holiday with her family. Blair had planned to propose in front of the farmhouse because it holds a special place in Lindsey's heart, but the weather was cold and rainy. Blair asked Lindsey (a few times) to take a photo outside in front of the house. Lindsey did NOT want to go outside in the crummy weather. After lunch they left the farmhouse, the entire car ride Blair was quiet. The next stop was Lindsey's aunt house. Blair finally convinced Lindsey to take a photo with him and their two dogs (Tucker and Rosco) in front of the fireplace. They kneeled down next to the dogs, after the photo was taken Lindsey stood up and Blair got down on one knee. Blair proposed to Lindsey in front of her entire family!!!
I can't wait for their September wedding at the Oconomowoc Community Center. They're such a beautiful couple, I'm sure the wedding day will be amazing!
