This wedding was so special to me because it started my 2019 wedding season, plus Brad and Rachel are my friends. I enjoyed helping them plan their special day by sharing all of my favorite vendors. They booked The Flower Gallery for florals, DJ Haze for the party but the most special vendor of the day was the officiant AKA…my husband. He was so honored that Brad and Rachel asked him to officiate their wedding and loved planning the ceremony.

I have to say I’m SOOOO happy that I met Cory and Marcus PLUS I got to help them celebrate the most important day of their lives. Everyone was happy and dancing, even up and down the wedding aisle. The first look was so sweet Marcus cried, Cory cried… even April and I cried. This is the first wedding that the Bride and Groom played rock-paper-scissors to decided who would read their vows first. Of course, Cory won! Plus Cory and Marcus end their ceremony with a shot of Jameson with their officiant. The reception started with a surprise from Cory’s grandfather, he created a slideshow of photos of Cory and her father. That slideshow played while Cory danced with her mother. The reception felt like a dance club, the DJ did a great a job! OHHH… I forgot to mention the cake cutting which was actually a cake smash. ;)

June 23rd 2018 it was finally their wedding day!! Cameron and Kayla planned their wedding at Noah's Event Venue in Madison Wisconsin. It's a beautiful venue with PERFECT lighting ;) We planned a first look for the bridesmaids, with Kayla's dad and finally Cameron and Kayla. They stood back to back and read the letters they wrote each other before turning around. The rest is history! They spent the rest of the rest of their wedding day with family and friends.

Tim proposed with an exciting scavenger hunt with bottled notes that required a new cipher for each clue. The clues led them on a trip down memory lane of all the significant moments of their relationship and ended with Tim proposing at Pasadena City Hall. Tim and Danielle love spending time together walking their dog Misty, spending time outdoors hiking or riding bicycles together, and enjoy playing music together. They have also enjoyed fixing up our new house like Chip and Joanna Gaines! I'm so excited that I was able to photograph Tim and Danielle's wedding day as they continue this journey of life together as newlyweds!

Be prepared for a dessert overload! Seriously!!.. April and I gained at LEAST 10lbs from testing the desserts at Joe and Kate's Whispering Springs wedding. EVERY single one was ahh-mazing! Joe and Kate got married a cold and rainy day in October forcing most of our photos to be taken inside. Which was completely fine because the decor and lighting at Whispering Springs Golf Course in Fond Du Lac is one of my favorites.

Katelyn and Jordan got married at Thornberry Creek at Oneida in October, it rained almost all day making it a little hard to find a location for the first look. BUT after walking around I found the perfect spot outside under the overhang that was dry. You would never know it's pouring! Jessica is the PERFECT example of a DIY Bride! She made her own wedding cake, her own AHH-MAAZZZINGG macarons AND created her own wedding bouquet and centerpieces. Jessica and Jones ordered florals from Flower Moxie and did a great job arranging florals for the reception decor. Instead of a DJ or band they hired someone to play an accordion during the ceremony and reception. They traveled all the way from Georgia for their intimate Door County wedding at Gordon Lodge in Bailey's Harbor.
