So I thought I would share something different for this styled shoot. This information is for any bride that wants a little help with wedding planning. I know you might think, "my budget is tight and won't allow for a planner" BUT there's different packages. Maybe you only need a day of coordinator. WHY HIRE A WEDDING PLANNER ...

No matter what the size or style a wedding a planner can always be an invaluable addition and often times it’s not only helpful to the couple but to the family/friends and vendors as well.

Whether they are brought on for “day of” style packages and the worker bee or if they are utilized for full planning services a wedding planner offers a great deal of emotional and physical support. As the point person everyone has a clear contact and plan of attack working up to the day and throughout the event. A planner also has an appreciation and working knowledge of each vendors position so they can assist in getting everyone what they need on the day. Proper shots and styled pieces for photography, appropriate cues and timing for DJ’s, timeline planning for catering teams, and stylistic eye for florals and overall aesthetics of a space.

Whether you’ve planned 1 or 100 parties/events there are things that cannot be planned for and there are always things that you are simply not going to want to be in charge of. Hindsight is 20/20 but we’ve never had someone say “that went too well” but you will hear the opposite and a wedding is no time for regrets. A wedding planner in a nutshell is your insurance policy that all your planning, money, and emotion over your wedding day is well spent and executed to perfection. You are to simply be a bride or groom, that’s our gift to you.
