Last week Nico and Cecilia stopped by the studio to try out the new SPRING background! I'm loving these florals from In the Moment Restoration and the wreath made by my friend Dayna owner of The Flower Gallery in Manitowoc. I'm offering Mini sessions during April each session is 15 mins long, for up to 5 people. You will receive an online gallery of 15-20 photos to download and print online.

My cousin Sam had her FOURTH and final girl ! Today was suppose to be Eleanor's birthday, but the doctor decided Monday Eleanor needed to be delivered early. When I arrived to the hospital, thinking that I was going to take photos after the c-section. That changed and I was allowed in the operating room!! GAHHH!!! You guys... I love to photograph birth's. I personally think these photos are more important then newborn sessions. BUT...I'm also not a newborn photographer. I love that I can provide mom and dad photos, so dad can focus on being there for mom. 

Eleanor was born on her Great-Grandma Helen's birthday. She was at least 1 lb bigger then all of her sisters. I stayed after the birth to watch Eleanor's 3 big sisters see her for the first time. They were all so excited to see baby! 

This beautiful family traveled from Milwaukee to my studio near Green Bay. Harvey and Caroline were so not in the mood photos BUT we had fun! I forgot how much energy little kids have LOL... definitely got a workout that day! I can't wait to chase them around outside this Summer. 

I knew one of the first studio sessions I photographed had to be a Christmas pajama session with the Wilke family and these Burt's Bees pj's were PERFECT for what I was going for with this session! 

After a year of planning and talking to my husband about what my goals for 2018 would be..I decided I wanted to try something new! I wanted to book less weddings keeping it around 18 a year AND find a studio/office space. To be honest for the last 6 years I have worked on a laptop from the couch, kitchen table, coffee shop, car, airport but most of the time my bed. My equipment has taken over my house AND I need a designed office space. I have struggled with work/family hours. Also with the Wisconsin winters that typically last from Nov 1st to April..some years even May. I need a place where I can still take photos, with amazing lighting and details during Winter. 

This family is soooo freaking adorable!  Little Rose is the cutest 4 year old I have ever seen! AND I've had 3 of my 4 year olds. She told me how to pose her and her sister, she told me all about their outfits AND she's planning to do my makeup at their next session. BUT I have to bring my own brushes LOL seriously loved this mini session!

I don't think that Josie can get any cuter!! Those bright blue eyes and cubby cheeks have my heart!! I really only offered to take a photo of Jessica and Kenny alone so I could cuddle Josie a couple minutes ;)
